Australian Standard Shipping (2-5 days) $10

Australian Express Shipping (1-2 days) $20

International Standard Shipping (3-12 days) $40

*Large, bulky items will require additional shipping costs due to the nature of the product's size. This will be clearly noted within the product description.

Will you let me know once the item has been shipped?

Upon making your order with John & Douglas will email you a confirmation. We will process the order within our warehouse, carefully pick and pack your products and dispatch your order. You will then receive another email confirming the shipment, including a tracking number for your convenience. 

How will my order be shipped?

We are always looking at the best options to get your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible. At the moment we use Australia Post & Australia Post Express.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we use Australia Post which allows us to ship to most countries around the world. Our international shipping costs do not include potential taxes and/or duties that your country may apply. All taxes and/or duties that may be incurred are the responsibility of the recipient. 

What happens if my order goes missing?

If you don't receive your order within the expected timeframe the very first thing you should do is contact one of our customer service representatives at info@johnanddouglas.com. We will then be able to look into this and provide a quick response. 

What if I miss the delivery attempt?

Not to worry, Australia Post will provide you with a delivery attempt card at your nominated delivery address. You should then be able to collect your order at your nearest Post Office. Don't forget to take a form of ID with you. 

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item or an item is missing?

If you do receive the wrong item or we've left one out of the order then please contact us at info@johnanddouglas.com the moment you receive your order. We can then organise the shipment of the correct item to be sent to you. Don't worry, we'll arrange or cover the cost of the return postage as well.

Do you deliver to PO Box Address?

Absolutely, we deliver to any PO Box Address.

Can you deliver to my work address?

Yes, just remember to include the Business Name in the shipping details within the checkout.

RETURNS

If you receive any products you are unhappy with, we are happy to refund your purchase if returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery. Simply send us an email to info@johnanddouglas.com to request a Returns Authorisation number, fill out your Returns Form and include it in the package. Please note we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on magazines.

If you would like to exchange your purchase, simply let us know when you request your Returns Authorisation number and upon receiving your return package we will issue you with an online store credit.

Please note John and Douglas will not cover the cost of return shipping and we are unable to refund you the original cost of shipping. We recommend shipping your return to us using a trackable mail service as we do not accept responsibility for goods lost by mail.

To be eligible for a return or exchange the product must be returned to us in its original condition and meet the following criteria:

Item/s must not be used, altered or cleaned/washed

Item/s must be in their original packaging and have all tags attached

John and Douglas reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the products do not meet these criteria.

We will process your refund or exchange within 1-3 working days of receiving the returned product. Please allow 2-5 working days for your refund to arrive in your bank account.

We take special care to check all products before dispatching them, however if you do receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us at info@johnanddouglas.com within 14 days of receiving your order, so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Please note some of our brands create products that are handmade and therefore slight variations may occur. These variations are a part of the nature of handmade product and should not be considered a fault.
