Designed by Rye London
Having spent the majority of my life in England I can assure you that finding light, especially in London, is somewhat of a mission. The weather isn't exactly the sun filled, blue skied Australian weather that I've become used to. So building an apartment in East London that leans so heavily on the available light is a tough feet to full off. Rye London, however, did this with Studio 8A, as beautiful minimal interior design.
The unlimited source of natural light fills the kitchen and photographic studio with such intensity that you're almost blinded by the minimal interior design. Supported by the oversized north and south windows, the white walls, ceilings and concrete floor help amplify the light throughout this space. Character has been added through the furnishings such as the wooden stools helping bring warmth alongside the injection of natural greenery.
