Created in collaboration with Japanese fashion house Issey Miyake and Finnish glassware company Iittala, Pause for Harmony is a gorgeous collection of everyday objects designed to turn common daily tasks into special moments. In development for over four years this collaborations brings together delicate textiles, glass and ceramic pieces with a pure blend of Japanese and Scandinavian design.
Cereal Magazine decided to meet with both brands and look at the process and intent behind the relationship and more importantly the pieces that came to be. Thanks to some amazing photography from Rich Stapleton we get to see each pieces in direct focus and examine them in the detail that they deserve.
